Sumu’s menu relies on the element of surprise: as it is often difficult to decide what to eat, we have made the decision for you! And what’s best, we always use seasonal and tasty seasonal produce. Semi-prepared is not an option for us, as we prepare everything from start to finish with a modern Scandinavian casual fine-dining approach. Menus change regularly at 2–3 week intervals, which allow us to also surprise our regular customers time and again.
Where required, we can take account of special diets and allergies, so you do not need to worry about the contents of the menu even though it is a surprise.
In Extempore, the customer can decide whether they prefer a starter and a main course or a main course and a dessert.
Pitkä viikonloppu includes two starters, one main course, and a dessert.
Makumatka includes three starters, two main courses, and a dessert.
We aim to include fish, meat, and vegetarian courses in the menu to cater for everyone. The main course is always either meat or fish.
All menus naturally include fresh bread and butter, in addition to which a small greeting from the kitchen is served before the actual menu.
We do not have a price list on our website because the prices vary depending on the contents of the menu. However, prices can be viewed in our reservation system (TableOnline) before making a reservation.
The prices start from around €45/menu (Extempore) + drinks of your choice. However, the prices depend on the currently available ingredients.
